Bei Fragen, technischen Problemen oder Rückmeldungen zu MD:FIELD erreichst du den Support von Moonlio Digital per E-Mail:
Bitte nenne nach Möglichkeit:
– die installierte MD:FIELD-Version
– Gerät und Betriebssystemversion
– eine kurze Beschreibung der Schritte bis zum Problem
– einen Screenshot ohne vertrauliche Mitarbeiter-, Arbeitgeber- oder Standortdaten
Lokale Datenspeicherung
MD:FIELD benötigt kein Benutzerkonto. App-Daten werden standardmäßig lokal auf dem verwendeten Gerät gespeichert und nicht automatisch synchronisiert. Moonlio Digital hat keinen Zugriff auf diese lokalen Daten und kann verlorene lokale Daten nicht aus einem Serverkonto wiederherstellen. Erstelle deshalb regelmäßig die in der App angebotenen Exporte beziehungsweise Sicherungen, bevor du die App löschst oder das Gerät wechselst.
Hilfe bei Problemen
Daten oder Einträge werden nicht angezeigt: Schließe MD:FIELD vollständig, öffne die App erneut und prüfe, ob die neueste Version installiert ist.
Kamera, Foto- oder Dateiauswahl funktioniert nicht: Prüfe in den Geräteeinstellungen, ob MD:FIELD die benötigte Berechtigung für Kamera, Fotos beziehungsweise Dateien besitzt.
PDF-, Excel-Export oder Teilen funktioniert nicht: Prüfe, ob auf dem Gerät eine geeignete App zum Öffnen oder Teilen installiert ist. Der Export wird über das Teilen-Menü des Betriebssystems übergeben.
Karte oder Online-Abruf öffnet nicht: Prüfe die Internetverbindung und ob ein Browser beziehungsweise eine Karten-App verfügbar ist. Routenwerte und Kilometer müssen anschließend in MD:FIELD bestätigt beziehungsweise manuell eingetragen werden.
App reagiert nicht oder schließt sich: Starte das Gerät neu und aktualisiere MD:FIELD. Bleibt das Problem bestehen, sende die oben genannten Angaben an den Support.
Wir antworten in der Regel innerhalb weniger Werktage.

MD:FIELD unterstützt die persönliche Dokumentation von Außendienst, Aufgaben und Arbeitszeiten. Die App ersetzt keine Rechts-, Steuer-, Arbeitsvertrags- oder Tarifberatung. Welche Regeln und Nachweise gelten, muss im Einzelfall geprüft werden.

For questions, technical issues, or feedback about MD:FIELD, contact Moonlio Digital by email:
Where possible, include:
– the installed MD:FIELD version
– your device and operating system version
– a short description of the steps leading to the issue
– a screenshot without confidential employee, employer, or location data
Local data storage
MD:FIELD requires no user account. App data is stored locally on the device by default and is not synchronised automatically. Moonlio Digital cannot access this local data and cannot restore lost local data from a server account. Create regular exports or backups offered by the app before deleting it or changing devices.
Troubleshooting
Data or entries are not displayed: Fully close MD:FIELD, reopen it, and check that the latest version is installed.
Camera, photo, or file selection does not work: Check the device settings and make sure MD:FIELD has the required permission for the camera, photos, or files.
PDF or Excel export or sharing does not work: Check that a suitable app for opening or sharing is installed. Exports are passed to the operating system share menu.
A map or online request does not open: Check the internet connection and whether a browser or maps app is available. Route values and distances must then be confirmed or entered manually in MD:FIELD.
The app is unresponsive or closes: Restart the device and update MD:FIELD. If the issue continues, send the information listed above to support.
